I am a Symphony Air Cooler customer of their product model WINTER.
I had bought the product on 15 Aug 2009.
The water pump of the cooler jammed and I had registered the complaint around 7 days back, at Perfect Services, Gandhi nagar,Jammu.
The complaint number is C07. I have been following it up on a daily basis but nobody has turned up.
I have contact mr Ravi and send sms to him(ASC Owner)
I have also contacted company representative Mr Ashok(9205011044) at least 5 times,But no response.
