Bought this product from reliance time out cunnigham road since it was sold as the top product with humidifier function. As soon as we bought this and unpacked we had a total shock on how such a sub standard product could make it to the market. I soon learnt that any crappy product can be introduced with little clever marketing and once you make money ,you can quit with the money and consumer is the left hanging with the lousy product.

What was sold

1) The cooler was shown without the water and with all the background noise and music it was not clear how much noise this would generate
2) The humidifier function was main reason but this is a total joke
3) The cubic feet cooling was sold as the highest

What the truth was...

1) As soon as we unpacked we were searching for the product manual and we find a small sheet with the specifications and what buttons to push period....
2) We finally managed to figure out the basic details and put some water and ice and it started stinking so badly that all the folks had to go out of the house
3) The sound was so bad that it felt like an AI flight taking off
4) The humidity control was so bad that it was just a big joke it just recycled water and did nothing.

When we took the product the very second day to time out they refused saying a symphony engineer would come and check the product and after 30 calls one guy finally showed up and he made me talk to 5-6 people explaining the same stuff and so far the outcome is nothing.

It's pretty clear to me that the consumer can be made a joker/sucker with any sub standard product and make money and you can start another company and continue to swindel money until you are ready to bail out.

Couple of things

1) There is no noise decibel rating anywhere on the product spec
2) It was never mentioned anywhere either that it is going to stick so bad that your house is going smell like a rat's nest
3) The features were such a joke that they made a big *** out of you and you cannot even do anything about it
