Advanced Happy new year,2012!!
I have purchased a brand new Phillips 6000 series Full HD 32" LCD on 20.12.2011 and the same delivered on the same day..and there starts the issue....
1)the TV doesnt starts...it had to be replaced with a new TV
2)the replaced TV has a technical fault..it was also replaced with another new TV after 4 days of regular complaints and follow ups with the vendor on 26.12.2011
..and the same problem persists with the new TV also..now, when I asked the merchant to refund the money, they say that they cant do so..instead, they can replace the TV ONCE MORE..I am completely fed up with the brand now..
Is there way, that I can get my money back from the merchant, I would like to go with some other brand, can I file a complaint against the merchant in the consumer forum to get the justice
Pls advise and help me in this regard
