I have bought a TOSHIBA LED TV(19")(bill no BR/RET/SS/273/11-12) from M/s Blue Ray Solutions on 09/01/2012 and was promised a VIDEOCON DTH which was coming free to consumers through a scheme from 1st Jan'12.Now the dealer says that they don't have any stock.I spoke to some Mr.Tapas from the company who also pleaded helplessness.Then I spoke to Mr.Bhagirathi Sahoo(BM),who told me that there is no possibility of getting the DTH before 15 more days.
What should I do with this TV without connection?The company is making false promises to sell their product.
Now I am going to purchase the DTH from the market and want adequate compensation from the company for both the product purchased and the harrassment I have undergone.
