Our induction stove and mixie purchased on the opening day of the shop (Jan 2011?) are sent for repair three months back. I have purchased them from Smart kitchen, Vidyagiri, Bagalkot, Karnataka
We are constantly following it up. No repairs yet. They tell new reasons
every time, like the following

Mechanic has not come.
You have not given warranty card (We have given it in bith cases long back)
It was repaired by the mechanic but not working on the day of delivery.
You have tampered.
There is water leakage for which we are not responsible.

These reasons repeat again & again for the same item.
