I have a Ultrafresh Kitchen Chimney bought from the Franchise "LIFESTYLE" with address "". The problem with this machine is oil continously from the Chimny and contaminates the food cooked. We have informed the regional service head "Mr Arindam Ghosh", he doesnot seem to care at all. Ther franchise from where the product was purchased they also have stopped taking any action. The machine is nder Annual Maintainance from "Lifestyle", we have informed the franchise (Lifestyle), but the person named "Gautam Kar" is not bothered at all. Please help.

I had purchased ultrafresh chimney from a dealer at Porvorim in Goa by name M/s. big daddy. My wife was insisting for a better branded item. However, in order to give some boost to new item and brand I purchased ultrafresh chimney. Right now, the chimney has become more of headach to us as there is lot of oily dark paint on our kitchen walls. The dealer has stopped services and is not interested any more.
