Hello, this is souvik roy, from Asansol. I have purchased a nova autoclean uitrafresh kitchen chimney in the month of march2010. At present iam facing serious trouble from this company, because my chimney's motor has been burn-out(as reported by the mechanic) in the month of october and after giving complain to the service, they have replaced one motor of the said chimney and told me that there is no more stock currently available, whenever it will available they will change the another motor.But now it is already 3 months over, they had not changed the motor and now the present condition is horrible,hectic & emberresing, because i have contact to the service dept. several times and also to the head of the service Mr.Arindam Ghose at Kolkata but no one has give reply and also ignored. This is also to be mentioned that my mother is a patient of Asthema & smoke allergey. So please help me & my family in this critical situation as fast as it is possible.
