ULTRAFRESH Kitchen Chimney: UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED.

A Kitchen chimney was purchased from in Kolkataon 20/06/2011 (TURBO - 78366, Order No. CHE/000020). The first free service was due on 20/09/2011, but could not get the service done even in more than one month (Result: Oil dripping from chimney. No operation or service manual available/supplied).

Reminding Ultrafresh’s Salt Lake, Kolkata Service Centre repeatedly since 14/09/2011 (phone No. 23218750, 23213086), followed by e-mail to and telephonic conversation with the company’s corporate office in Delhi as well with the Chief of Sales & Service at Kolkata (Mob:9831478479) bore no result.

Did not face such problem with kitchen chimney or home appliances of any other make.
