Hi,

This is with the reference to transaction made through your dealer located at kolkata, baguati of Model No:SM1000 Dated:23.08.2008.As on 14.03.2009 my battery was replaced, but after using 9 months from the month of april it was automaticaly discharge.

From last three months i was visited & make call to verious outlets & service center of kolkata to purchese original battery. But due to unavailable reason product was not supplied by outlet.I expect fast response from all concerned to resolve this issue on piroty. This is realy painfull.
