i have purchased a TV of Samsung on 22/04/2011 , but after 8 months suddenly the problems occours in my TV , rainbow colour was coming on the back side of the picture , so i gave the call to customer care centre , the engineer visited to my house and without opening the TV , he told me that the picture tube has been destroyed , so i told him my TV is in warrant period so change it , then the engineer started talking rubbishly that the TV had fall down , but there was not a single scratch nor the glass has been broken , its the commen sense if the TV will fall , there must be a scratch or glass will broke . and now they asking me to pay Rs.3100/-(Three thousand one hundred ) for the repairinf of picture tube .

So i request you to please look upon the matter as i belong to the middle class family , and i have heard about a lot about Consumer forum , that every one get justice here.

So its my kind request to all of you to please give me the justice.
