I purchased ups and battery for house purpose from a person for Rs.20000/-. He has supplied a local make battery named SUNDURA and he has not given me any bill or warranty card. I have been asking him to replace it with a branded one with warranty card and bill. He is not responding to it. This is troubling me very much.I am unable use it continuously for more than 2 hrs. can any one helpme?
