I purchased a " Waterguard Digital " Water filter on 2nd May,2010.As per terms & conditions two free services will be available within one year Warranty. But the Co. fails to give any service . Moreover , having been convinced by the Company's representative I paid Rs.1,988/- for Annual Maintenance which has been affected from 2-05-2011 upto 02-05-2013 . Under AMC the Company will change filter cartridge once a year along with other services. Despite of several correspondences filter cartridge was neither washed nor changed . Three emails were sent to the Co. regarding non-compliance of AMC.The Company is fully silent and giving no response . I tried to contact the Co. on toll free phone No. But it is always engaged. I may please be advised , what I can do at this stage.
