I am purchasing a USHA JANOME AUTOMATIC SWEING MACHINE fromMUKESH TRADER at RAIGARH,CHATTISHGARH as on 12/12/2010. With several request on verbal & over telephone they are not able to send any demonstrator for this machine. Is it CUSTOMER satisfaction? Now machine are kept idle at home for 10 mounths. No servise Engineer also available at raigarh. Why such type of dealer used by USHA.
