I had purchased a Usha Lexus Fan Heater FH812T (S.No.311008041) from Bharti Retail (Easyday) on 15th Dec 2011 (TR# 02669). After using it for few days, I have started facing a problem with the heater. When I put the Heater on, within few seconds it automatically cuts off its power and stops working. Then I called the Usha Lexus Toll free call centre at 1800 1033 111 on 26th Dec 2011 afternoon. The executive of call centre gave me the complaint ID: C11122600371 and assured me that company will send a mechanic within 24 to 48 hours to repair the heater.
Simultaneously, I sent a mail to Usha Lexus corporate e mail ID (usha_care@ushainternational.com) and received a telephonic reply and an e-mail mentioning the same complaint ID: C11122600371 and assuring me that company will send a mechanic to rectifiy the problem.
But after having waited for than 48 hours when nobody came, I once again called their toll free number and got the assurance from the excusive that he is putting the matter on high priority and will definitely get my heater repaired by evening. I also sent a mail to Usha Lexus corporate e mail ID, reply of which I did not receive.
Today again at 7.30 pm I called Usha Lexus Toll free call centre and realised that people are just being apologetic and assuring me again and again but not taking any action.
I had purchased Usha Lexus Fan Heater FH812T for my 4 month old baby and this entire episode not only suffered her but gave me a huge mental shock.
I would request you to take proper action against the company so that no other costumer suffers with the poor quality of the product and service provided by the company.
