Hi,

I have bought a Usha 15l steller around 2 year back. There is some problem with the Geyser tank and water is leaking from there. Got to know that its not dafe to use now and lodges a complaint calling the Usha customer care number 18001033111 on 12/12/2011 bearing cimpalint#311121200740.

I was told this will be addressed in 24 hr but till today no one has come to see the problem. I am from Bangalore and this winter session its quite difficult to manage without having a geyser for bath.

Can you please do the needful in resolving this and get to the consequences for the problem I am facing.
