** RECOMMEND dont buy products from USHA SRIRAM** pathetic after sales service, no service centers and no response..

I bought the usha brita RO based water puifier in July 2008, at that time there was a scratch gift voucher with it also .I was told that i'll be contacted by there staff shortly but no body turned up . I wrote emails to there highest level ( i could find ) , then also i was assured of the action but no body turnedup . they also told me that the TDS level of water from there RO system drops to 30. but wen we got it checked it was found that it was same as 120 . that of normal water.i lodged a complaint for the same too and reported to there highest officials , but nobody turned up . If this is kind of service these people are giving . now i have decided to go to consumer court for this, i'll get my gift voucher money as well as the penalty for playing with my families health.
