Very bad Customer Servicing of IFB in calicut
Recently I bought a Microwave oven of IFB brand from QRS, calicut. It is not working within a short period of time.Even after repeated complaints and personal visit,neither the IFB nor the QRS are cared to attend the issue.My Oven is still not working for past 1 month.This is how they take care of their customers.
