    Question Very worst after sales service by samsung pls do not buy samsung product

    complain no.8401591975

    I have registered complain for washing machine on 1st week of January 2010. Sam sung has taken machine 6th Feb 2010.still machine is lying with them.though i have made various calls to help line no.30308282, service center no.(033)26230431 9804845735, but till today i have not received my washing machine repaired from Sam sung.i am helpless over this matter and request you kindly direct Sam sung to deliver the machine.

    Default Never buy Samnung it SUCKS

    Hi,

    Its been a month i have bought Galaxy5 GT-I5503 and since day three i am facing problems with standby time of my phone. More than 20 mails to Samsung support, at least 30 calls to Mobile Technical support , two visits to Service Center and numerous callbacks but the state of problem still remains the same. The call automatically gets resolved and thereafter starts a new episode. Below are some of the service requests histories:

    Default Samsung products are faulty and of no worth

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I just want to bring to your notice the problem that I am facing with my Samsung Mobile.

    I had purchased a Samsung Mobile phone Galaxy-i9003 on 15.11.2011 costing Rs 17,300/- from Spice Hot Shot, Sec-18, Noida. While I used the phone only for few days, I had come to know that the phone was not at all sustainable as the battery back-up of the phone was pathetic and there was some problem also with its video calling.

    I had complaint about the same to the Samsung Customer Care and received a letter dated 03.12.2011 from Samsung asking me to visit the service center. As my son was not well and had to be hospitalized, I visited the service center on 22.02.2012 and handed my phone to Vaishanavi Service Center, Mayur Vihar-I with all the details. There I was told that the battery back-up is a common problem with Samsung smart phones and the software needs to be updated only to improve its battery back-up while everything else is fine. The phone was to be returned on 24.02.2012 but I did not get any kind of call from them. I tried calling the given numbers but nobody picked my calls. Then, I called Samsung Customer Care a number of times and was promised that I will soon get a response but to no avail. Nobody at the service center bothered to call/ care. Thus, I personally visited the service center on 28.02.2012 and was told that the phone is still under repair. I was surprised that a small problem has taken such a long time.
    Again, I did not get any call from them and had to call again and again myself for an update. Then, I visited them again on 29.02.2012 and came to know that the motherboard of the mobile and other important parts had been changed without my permission. I was also told that the service center does not know much about video calling and the problem could not be sorted out while for battery back-up we (service center) have changed the motherboard and some other parts and the phone may show some improvements now. I was very shocked to find the same and when I insisted, the service center kept my phone for further repairs.

    In the meanwhile, I kept receiving emails from their customer care that the matter is being seen by the senior executives and a solution will be suggested very soon. As the handset was not good at all and the basic parts have been changed without my permission, I requested them for refund of my money.

    Then, I received a letter dated 03.12.2012 from Samsung on the issued happened in March, 2012 vide which it has been confirmed that as per the policy of the company the amount cannot be refunded. It appears that the policy of the company is to cheat its customers only. Also, the company is sending the letter in back dates, does not reflect a pretty image of the company.

    I also requested the company to provide me a copy of the job card/ sheet of my handset along with relevant documents of submission and delivery of handset as per the records but the company totally refused to do the same.
    Afterwards, the company has also been misleading and confusing me in asking me to collect my handset from their Service Center while the handset was already been with me for days. It appears that the company is in complete mismatch and does not have any control under the branches and service centers working under it while the customers are being made to bear because of the same.
    As, I have not received any kind of satisfactory response from the company despite several telephonic/ email reminders and I have been made to pay for the faulty product of the company, I have approached the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum also and as per the directions/ norms of the Forum, I have given the company one more/ last opportunity of 15 days time to sort out the matter out of court or else the application for the same can be filed with the court after 15.04.2012.

    Now, the matter is not only about money, it is about the working of the company and the way they are making fools of the general public. Thus, I request you to bring the issues faced by me to the notice of General Public at large.
    I also request everyone not to buy any Samsung product as the company does not listen even about the genuine problems as I am having issues with my handset within 2-3 days of purchase but the company has not bothered to listen/ care.

    Hope, everyone who comes to know about this will boycott Samsung products in future along with me.
