Five months back i purchased a split type air conditioner of the above said company from m/s anjuman electrones , baddi (h. P.) . Inspite of my five times repeted requests for the free service , which company provides, and i had registerd my request for the service of my a.c. At the toll free no.of the company 18004194040 , no service engineer has tried to contact me. At this moment i am really feeling helpless. Now i understand that why my friends were giving me suggestions to buy some m.n.c. Product , not the indian one, please do some thing

Dear Sonika, as a customer of Videocon, it is your right to get the first 3 services free and don't give up on your right. You can also slap a legal notice to your supplier for avoiding you for so long. And also give them magnificent service examples of other ac giants in India- Haier, Career, Daikin, LG.

Ya, even I have heard that Videocon always attracts its people by showing them less price deals and then Mis-Sells their products... No wonder you got bluffed. But it has been done now and you cannot do anything. Just try to get the replacement done and if possible then switch to other leading brands like Toshiba, Haier Daikin. They are of repute.

Very bad yaar that you invested so much for your Relaxation and could not even have relaxed. in the summers and moreover the company is not giving you replacement. Why dont you go for more renowned Indian brands like Hitachi or Daikin or Tosibha etc. They are much better with their prompt service.

My Dear, remember it is your right to get the number of free servicing as mentioned on the papers, free. And if these Videocon people are denying your right then you are free to take your case to the next level i.e. on legal level. Only this way, these people will learn a lesson and will start behaving like more respectful ones like Samsung, Hitachi, Haier, Dikin etc.
