I purchased a 21 inch Videocon colour TV from Vansh Electronics, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on January 31, 2011. However ever since I am facing one problem after another. Firstly there was the problem of the TV getting switched off within 5-10 minutes of starting it. Now the problem is that of purple/green colour patches in the picture tube.

Despite more than 20 visits by Videocon engineers to fix my TV, the problem is yet to be solved. One of the service engineers even changed the picture tube.

The Videocon guys neither accept the product to be defective, nor do they get my TV replaced.
