i have a videocon color television. my product is out of warranty and guarantee. i have complain in Videocon Service Center in Jaipur for Repair my Television. My Complain No. is JAI2608100350 Dated 26.08.2010 in the name of Deepak kumar Sharma. and Company Executive was come on 28.08.2010 on my house for repair my colour televison. executive name Kamlesh Ji. Mob No. 9828804481. and executive was take my Television Parts for Repairing. but executive not come with my television parts till today. and i have called him so he dont talk & he was give me warning. so please help me. i have contact to company call center and service center but they did not response of my parts and my complain. please help me. company Service Center No. is. 01415106990 and other no. is 9828166990. sir please help me and please provide my original television parts.
