I had purchased a Videocon TV from Ghaziabad on 20th March, 2010. The TV stopped functioning in August. I lodged a complaint with the service centre. The complaint number is:
GH 2608100682 against the mobile phone number: 9873039097 on 26th August.

One service technician visited my house upon several requests and took the parts away informing the spares were not available with him and would get back. Subsequently, when contacted he was very rude and said it would be attended soon. Since then we have made several complaints to the service centre. Everytime they say that the complaint has been processed and they will rectify soon. It is still lying as it is after a fortnight.

It is surprising that they give no date nothing and after one sentence confirming the phone number, they hang the phone telling thank you for contacting the service centre. They give no details and are extremely discourteous.

Please take strong action since they claim to be a big group with attractive web-site but have no system of entertaining complaint providing comfort to consumers.
