Dear Sir,
This is to attract to your kind notice that I have a vediocon air condition model VAS T182, Sr. no. 106304912 purchased from M/s Plazma Vision, Bhubaneswar dated 10.03.2007. I have entered into an AMC for one year for which your technician, Mr. P. Rout of Dhenk**** Area,Orissa has taken cash of Rs. 3030/- (Rupees Three Thousand And Thirty Only) against your receipt no. 6354 dtd. 27.05.2011. But till now I did not get any clearance from your side against that money taken for AMC. I have approched your said technician several times but in vein. Now my Air condition is not working due to some technical fault. I made a complain for that vide no. BHU1608110209 dtd. 17.08.2011, but your technician Mr. Prakash Ojha has denied to repair that a/c unit against that AMC for which money has been paid.

Please look into this matter at an earliest.

Is sad that you have to suffer even after spending so much money. But now all I would say is that you all need to get over Videocon ACs and look for better brands for purchase any type of air conditioning systems. There are many good ones like- Daikin India, Samsung, LG, Haier etc.

Videocon has practically become outdated. Look at what happened to their TV products. They have just been out of market. So now that you have learn t it, never buy its products. Buy better ones like Daikin or Samsung or even LG, Samsung.

See, more than often Videocon AC are good and this brand is also reputed so it is really a surprise that are giving you hard times. Also, it could also be the dealers fault so. I mean if there is persistent problem with the ac unit then Videocon is to be blamed and if is customer-service then it is the local dealer. Anyway a dealer should always be prompt like most of the dealers for Haier, Daikin, Hitachi, LG are.
