    Question Videocon D2h

    My name is : Sanjay Kumar Kar.
    Mob. No. is : 9332251311

    Purchased a videocon D2h satellite HD box this month by online. Connection completed on date 8.11.2011.
    Customer Id. is : 58514061.

    From the very first day I am getting disturbed by blank screen. First of all I complained to him who has connected. He took around 10 days and told to comlain on customer service.

    After complained to customer service, they deputed to their technician. Her visited and unfortunately he did not done anything and told me that sometimes during software upgradation it comes and it is okay.

    It comes frequently now. The screen goes blank and automatically it comes. May be it comes within 5 minutes or sometimes also after 30 minute and may be after 1 hopur also. When the disturbance starts, it comes frequently. may be 5 times in 10 minutes like that.

    Please advice what to do.

    Now today when I complained, they told that you be with TV and complain after the problem. When it recovers automatically within a minute or two, how can I do all.

    Please advice the next step.

    This is regarding the above mentioned complain for D2h Service.

    First of all I will be thankful to the Videocon D2h Team for their feedback after my complain.

    This is really very good. The Videocon D2h Team has given me a very good service. They have tried their level best to satisfy me. Now I am fully satisfied. What ever the problem was, they have replaced their Satelite HD Box for a new one and as far as my account is concerned, they have credited the total amount from Nov 8 to till date. Now the result is fully satisfactory.

    After their very good feedback against service, now I really feel very sorry to complain in such way.

    It all was happened for some lower level staff and mis-understanding.

    Once again Thank you all and request not to mind for all such behavior.
