I have bought Videocon LCD 2 months before. Within this 2 month this product has started creating nuisance..and now it is not at all working. I had registered complaint (THA0908111051) with Customer Care Executive, Thereafter 2 days a so called engineer (Mr. Suresh Singh: 9820896307) had come to my place for LCD Repair, He acted like he is actually working on it and after 15 minutes he said that a part called PCB is damaged. He said he will be coming back whenever he gets PCB. We tried calling him so many time after then and he didn't turn up till date.

I put complaint everyday from 9th Aug to 19th Aug 2011, and everytime those Customer Care Executive told that a person will definitely come in next 24 hours.. but no one comes.. I am really fed up with ill services of such a brand name Videocon..
