I have brought Hyundai CTV on Nobember 2009 & trauble starts from July 2010 After several followup my first complaint closed almost after 1 1/2 months. Once problem starts from december 2010. Against Complaint on 16.12.2010. But even after one month no action has taken. Yesterday i.e. 19.01.2011 I contacted with customer care, they give me new complaint number . Today one serivce person came to my home who is very rude & misbhave with my wife. I am asking to replace the set but they are harrashing me.
