we have a videocon jumbo 34 tv from last about 2 years. we purchased from their dealer hasmukh traders surendranagar Dist. surendranagar, State:Gujarat(India).but since last one month we facing a problems of tv geting off after sometime of tv on for few seconds.we complaints on online of company's no. by taking from the dealer of videocon surendranagar.they given us the assurance of attend the problem within 48 hrs. but they did not. so, I tried many times to contact them but they have been attend the complaint after 3-4 days. company's employee taken the whole circuit of the tv. and said that the tv completely repaired within 3-4 days but they did not contact us for longtime. then we contacted them then they called us expense not more than 1800 rs. and repairing time 8-10 days.after 10-12 days they called us after our many tried of contact expense of 3000Rs. and time was not fixed by them. they called us that this company have no circuit. after facing many hardness and mentally depression we have given 3 notices by our advocate on their dealer, ahmedabad and aurangabad offices and given time of 7 days for taking actions on our complaint.Inspite of that our notice they reject our 3 online complaints by presenting many arguements by company employers which were only production of their minds.then we also complaint online 4th time.so please help us by rapid action on that issue. thank you !
