Hi, We have recently called for Tech support on our Videocon washing machine in the month of September 2011 for a repair.Case receipt no# 5171 .dt- 13/9/2011 .

The tech person has checked the washing machine and said that it was suspension rod problems and tried to change the rods set,it still dint work the 2nd time when we called for them many times.

After approximately they got back to us after 1 month 10 days again after calling their tech person N number of times.

This is PATHETIC SERVICE provided by the Videocon Service centre in Kutbiguda ,Koti.

We are sincerely requesting them to please take-away the Washing machine from our home for FREE as we have no more patience to bear their service nor wanna wait for their service towards us.
