There is the problem with my Videocon LCD ie ,it doesnot gets on for which i have made a complaint on 21/10/2010, the complaint no is DEL1210100544 , Against this complaint the service center TEK CARE INDIA PVT LTD. ,adress 106, Balrama House ,Comm.Complex, Karampura new delhi110015 ,Their enigneer has visited us & take my LCD for reparing for which they have replaced one C.B Board & charge amount 5175 rs from me. & handed over my LCD after 4 to5 days , but just after very next day the same problem repeated again , ie the LCD doesnot gets On. I again make the complaint ,With complaint no. DEL 2610100357, Their engineer again visited to my place after 3 days & again take My LCD for repairing & return me back after 5 to 7 working days ,, & now when i checked the LCD , I found that its Remote is not working , the switchs are fitted in wrong direction ,& even one dark line appear on the LCD Screen ,I again Register My complaint , the no. is DEL 0212100644 .& now they are not replaying to me that what is to be done with my LCD. Please provide me the immidate solution to me ,As it is now irreating me lot ,
