I own a Frost free refrigerator of Videocon that we have purchased in April 2010, that has been troubling us for the past 15 days. The freezer compartment is forming frost and ice, but there is no cooling in the refrigerator compartment.
We have logged 3 complaints during this 15 day period but none of them have been satisfactorily responded to. The complaint numbers are given below for your reference.
AUR1211100007 This complaints was closed without resolution of the cause of trouble. The technician visited my home but was unable to rectify the problem and the complaint was closed.
AUR1511100003 This complaint was logged by me when the previous one was not satisfactorily dealt with. It was closed without any knowledge of mine and the technician informed us that one of the parts required was not available with him.
AUR24111000103 This complaint was logged by me on 24th after repeated follow-ups with the Videocon service center and the technicians at Kalash Services (the service vendor in Aurangabad where I am situated). Again I was told by the technicians at Kalash that some part required for repair of the refrigerator is not available due to which the problem cannot be rectified.
I am constantly following up with Videocon service center and also with the local service vendor Kalash Refrigeration at Aurangabad, but nowhere am I able to get a satisfactory reply.
It is difficult to believe that some integral part required in the refrigerator is not available for 15 days at a stretch, that too in Aurangabad, which is the base city of Videocon
I therefore request you to follow up on the above mentioned complaints and get the refrigerator fixed up.
We are facing a lot of trouble due to the refrigerator being non operational and it is causing me to have doubts about the efficiency of people at Videocon.
Kindly get the complaint resolved immediately.
