I had purchased a plasma television of videocon which is still into warranty period but there is some problem with the product. Big yellow spots have appeared by their own on both the side of the screens and regarding the same i had tried to reach with your concerned persons in ahmedabad but no one of them is bothered about solving the problems that i am facing. i had called about 50-70 times to your toll free number, your service center numbers in ahmedabad and continuously reminded them about the problem but till date no one has bothered to solve or even attend the complain.

Almost 15 days have passed but nobody has even visited at my place to have a look over the problem. Every morning i make almost 5-7 calls the all your customer care / toll free / service center number just to remind them to send someone for solving the problem faced by me but nothing has worked out yet. This shows your carelessness about your customers and proves that your employers and associates do not believe in providing after sales service. No matter how much your company spends on advertisement and promotions with new logos but if your staff is not capable enough to meet the customers requirements or they do not even bother about attending the problem faced by customers then all your promotions would not work for long time. I purchased your company's product as i though that this company is improving and developing and meeting up to customers requirement but it was my mistake. With such a experience i would not even suggest any person to have a look at your products.
