Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a complaint against Videocon after Sales Services.

I have purchased a videocon refrigerator in 2009 that has a warranty of 6 years on papers. It stopped cooling on 8th of August 2011 so I registered a complaint on 10/08/2011. They sent a Techinician they call engineer who said the compressor needs to get changed and charged us 200 INR for his visit, he sent some one else on 13/08/2011 who replaced the compressor with new and filled in the GAS which they do not cover as warranty I paid him 1000 INR for this service he said your refrigerator is perfectly fine now and then he went. After few hours I realized it was still not not cooling. I called them again same day they gave me another complaint number and said someone by the name of nitin will come on 14/08/2011 to resolve it and they gave me his number in SMS text. I waited till 12Pm then called he said he will not come the videocon Guys just send text like this you confirm that who is going to come. I called them again they said some one for sure will come today, no one came so I called again then they said its sunday so they will send some one on monday thats today, I am waiting since morning then I just called them again and the customer service lady said its independence day today so they will come tomorrow.

Now I am big time frustrated with this kind of services (customer care and after services).


Please help me by looking into this issue, I will highly appreciate your help.
