I had purchased a Videocon fridge Model no D245DX Serial No 0011617, dated 4th Jan 08 from Dass Electricals Aundh Pune. –Maharashtra

There was a problem occurred on 23Oct‘09 of zero cooling and service man change the compressor on 30 Oct 09, as Compressor is in warrantee he had taken charge for gas filling of RS 1700/-.

Then there was again problem occurred on 19May’10 of No cooling, serviceman refill the gas & Dryer again we paid Rs 1400/-.

Then again there was problem started on 13Aug 10 , the serviceman came on 16thAug 10 now he changed the Relay OP and again we paid Rs 350/- as services charge.

We are suffering a lot after taking fridge from Authorized Dealer DASS Electronic. Of a reputed company VIDEOCON Invoice No: 03045AC, o f Rs 11000/-, and in a span of two year we spend 1700 + 1400 + 350 = 3450 Rs. as a servicing, and still fridge is making noise too much ,serviceman not able to find any solution.

I don’t know what type of product is making by the Videocon Company? Where is the quality check? & Why the DASS Electronic are continue to selling this type of product & brands where the customer are suffering badly?
