I Purchased a fully automatic VIDEOCON washing machine model, K.5200 on 08-01-2007. For the last 30 days, we have a problem as it is not working and as per service personal request we sent it to VIDEOCON Service Centre in Vijayawada i.e., SONOCARE, Ram Mandiram Raod, Eluru Road, Vijayawada - 520002, Ph No. 0866 - 2433669, 2437137.
They told me washing machines Wash Motor has to be changed and as they do not have that item ready in stocks it will take 4 working days time and issued me Receipt No. 928, dated 25-06-2010.
As because, washing machine is part of daily chorus, one can not manage without it, we kept following up with & the Service Centre but even after 30 days i.e today 24-06-2010 they were not able to repair my Washing Machine and says Stocks has not yet arrived and the things are not moving.
In between I personally attended many times but all invain.
We kept calling and getting advise to contact this no, this no.....
I again & again requested M/s SONOCARE, VIJAYAWADA (Authorised Service Centre for VIDEOCON) to do some thing as we were desperate. This was acknowledged vide Receipt No. 928, dated 25-06-2010 but so far nothing has happened.
We would like to know what is the future on our equipment and we calls the shot at Videocon ? If Service Centres behave this way, days are not far off when you find your customers going away.
Just to update, I am also in marketing and feel very pitty for VIDEOCON as this is never expecetd from one reputed compnay in todays time who promises of WORLD-CLASS-SERVICE through various advertisement in News Papers & TV Channels.
