I bought a Videocon Split AC model VBS33 from your dealer GP Electronics,

No.15, Sholinghur road, Arakkonam-631001 on 12.06.2011. The remote of the AC is

not working now . If I change the battery, charge is being discharged in 24 hr itself. I

have changed 3 set of battery in last 6 six days. So, I request you to replace the remote or

repair it as early as possible.

Videocon Split AC - Yes please make sure that you get the remote replaced by them in any case because the moment you will get loose these Videocon people will start avoiding you. Even my friend has gone through the same thing. I think its Videocon's way of treating their customers. And from now go for Daikin India Products. Hitachi or Career is also fine.

Go for more popular ones like Daikin India and Samsung. They are just too Good!
