Dear Officer,

On 29th December'2010 i had purchase a 26" LCD from Snehanjali-Mira Road(EAST) Mumbai & invoice number is 175438. It was delivered at my residence on 29th Dec'10 night & also demonstrate the T.V. But red shade were appearing the screen & i complained on 30/12/10 & 31/12/10 also. The complaint number given by the company is THA 3012100584 & THA 3112100640.

But till today the television set has not been repaired nor replaced by the company. Only words of assurances are given.I would highly appreciate if you could look into this matter & take necessary action against the complained & also keep me updated regarding the proceedings. Please do the needful at the earliest.
