this is to inform you that i Smt.Santa Ghosh have purchased a 21" television of Videocon company on 21/06/2011 from Videocon's authorised dealer Big Bazar.bt after 1 month the tv set was giving trouble.After a long wait and harrashment,the service engineer came and repair the problem.Bt afer 2 days of repairing again the tv became off.we are trying to inform the service center bt they are not responding.We are being harrashed by the videocon company.
