i had so many times complaint for my flat videocn tv they pass on their complaint to sameera services to surat but they could not repair perfectly again and again defect continue so i m very disappointed by this kind of service

Sir,
I hv given complaint to your customer care centre(Videocon) on 20th July 2010 & Complain No is MUM2007100725 but still today i don’t get any reply from your side even more than 24 hrs completed. When I called customer care again the reply is like that
1) We will provide u our best service as early
2) Service man may be visit today after 3 or tommorow his name is Mr. Nilesh
3) We forwarded your complaint to service centre
4) You talk to service centre seniors & More than this. No one followup for the same or taking care then why should we call customer care?? Below are the Some no & names I hv Service centre Incharge Mr. Prabhakar Poojary(9076983474) Mr.Umesh Malekar(9076983580) (022-25604141) Mr. Anup,Mr Thushar Thakkar even not picking up the phones & Service centre Executives MR. Praful,Vidya,Sachin, Prem Lohia, Anik, Allauddin & Many more executives. Last seven days i hv done follow up madly but no one given answer that when your technician will visit???????

I have been using Videocon products & was happy with all the products till the experience what I am facing now.

I had purchased Videocon Color TV from Vijay Sales Thane just 6 months back which is still under warranty. I am facing issues with the Color display....had register complaint on toll free no. on 15.06.11 - MUM1506110491 but even after 48hrs no one responded for the same. I was been told I will be receiving SMS mentioning the Technician name and no. On 18.06.11 when I had called back to check why the technician did not came I was given again an false commitment that today by end of the day the technician will be coming again with new ref no. MUM1806110720. Still no technician has arrived or no details about who is going to come. Don’t understand what’s the issue or what kind of service is this provided by Videocon which is making wrong impression of MNC company like Videocon.
If still I am not able to get any service will make sure this example is shared with all my colleagues and near one’s leading them to re-think in buying Videocon products because of the service which they are providing.

I hav bought a Videocon 32″ LED TV and requested for Installation on 4th July 2011.I alomst called the customer care 12 to 15 times and all ways hear the same reply that the service Engg will visit today.I dont know when that today will happen.My Complaint no is BAN 0407110124( Which is closed with out resolving).New Complaint No “BAN0407110372″.It was a high time and waiting 5 days just for installation is really surprising.when i cal the customer care and ask to register some complaint but they allways give the same answer that they will forward the issue to the escalation department.So following are the contact no’s which the customer care people gave, saying that these are the higher authorties No. Mr.Naveen – 09739901862 (But all ways the Ph is switched off), Service Center – 080 41746260 (Either engage or no one will pick up the ph).Chetan (service Engg) – 9972246047 (Not working / wrong No), Shankar – 9141177141 (Not working / wrong No).So Please let us know in case it is difficult for your service engg to do their Job???? I will get it done by some local Electrician.

Dear Sir,

My new videocon LCD tv is repaired for the second time in 1 year.The service center charged money to fix my tv in it's warranty period.Now the same part of tv is having the problem within 2 months after they replaced.The customer care is not really helping me out.Again the service center people are asking for money.They play blame the videocon tv brand for it's instability.They are definitely cheating me.Why does videocon authorize such people and spoil it's reputation?I can't pay money for the second time in two months for the same part they replaced.Please help me
