Default videocon Washing Machine, Ecowash Aqua 6kilo,2009
Dear Sir,

I have been using videocon washing machine since last 12 years.As the first machine had given excellent service, I purchased a new one to replace the same. My problem began with the same as the machine is giving trouble from time to time,the latest being leakage and non-functioning of the dryer. I have submitted a complaint with the Companyon 10.08.2010, the complaint no. being GOA 2907100042, followed by several telephonic reminders.Even after more than 20 days, there is no response from Company, resulting in a lot of inconvenience. I hope the Company will pay heed to my complaint and get the same rectified without any further delay.
