I bought the voltas ac 1 ton on 15/07/2011 and Since the day I purchased the AC , it is making the loud noise. I complained to the dealer but he said that now it will take care by company/ service center.

Service Center guy came said some nut bolt was loosen and he took almost 2 hrs to tighten it (rubbish) and opened almost every part of it and did some repair work. However, noise went down when he repaired it but again on the second day it comes to usual condition and making the noise again even the society fellows are complaining.Again I made the complain and now they are saying the COMPRESSOR of the AC is damage. Its a sheer Quality defect and they should replace the AC but now no-one is giving me the satisfactory Response. My No. +91-9717302016.

From now on make it a point to 'never purchase heavy items like an ac from outdated brand like Voltas, when there are many new ones like Daikin Samsung, LG in place and with impeccable service. Daikin India has so many air conditioning options that you will be taken aback.

I agree with shilpajha; if you have had such a bad time with Voltas then in future make it a point to never purchase heavy items like an ac from outdated brand like Voltas, when there are many new ones like Daikin Samsung, LG.

I really feel sorry for you. I don't understand why Voltas has to be so careless with their customers. You better leave your badluck behind and try some other ac say probably Samsung or Daikin. I have a Godrej ac and trust me it is superb.

I completely agree with Ms. Shilpa... from now swear to never buy expensive items an AC or Refrigerators from Voltas. Indeed once they were good but now they have practcally become outdated. Instead you can go for Haier, Hitachi, LG, Toshiba.
