i have buyed voltas spilt AC on 03/04/2011 from Sona sales chittorgarh with invoice no 38,complained 4 times but problem not solved till now,please do needfull.

I think a friend of mine had also bought the same model of Voltas AC from Sona sales and her experience too was horrible. And then she has a tough time in getting replacement done and getting the maintenance job done by the Voltas people. Now I think she is happy with her Daikin India product and is planning to get a Samsung cooling system too.

See, it is very disgusting that even after 4 complaints your ACs problem has not been solved. Voltas ideally is a concerned brand with solid products but I wonder what went wrong with them this time around. Guess; it is because of some careless sales person. Anyway, if you no more have conviction in the brand then never buy this brand's product. There are many other good ones like- Samsung, LG, Haier, Hitachi, Daikin India.

Just don't trust Voltas from now on. Instead go from other brands. there many- LG Samsung Toshiba Daikin etc. Out of all the threads on this forum.... Maximum.. Maximum is for Voltas. hat's wrong with them. I don't understand.

I dont even remember now, how many complaints I have come across for Sona Sales and Voltas. And it is high time that people should get to know that Sona Sales is a Group of people that bluff their customers. And I thoroughly believe that these need to be taught a lesson to be good to their customers like- LG, Daikin, Samsung etc... there are so many.
