This is brought to the notice of Patiala Consumer Court Forum that I Kamesher Nath Malhotra resident of HE-3103/2, Naudha Mishar Street, purchased new Air Conditioner from Pawanjit Enterprises Factory Area Patiala as on 30-May-2009. For the past few days I had been facing problem with my AC which already had stopped working. The complaint for the same was filed with COOLWAYS AGENCY Opposite Gurudwara Dukhniwaran Sahib Patiala vide Bill Number : 46 dtd 31.08.2010. The problem was fixed. However just after 5 days, I observed the same problem with my AC. At the time of purchase, it was committed that there is a warranty for 5 years of this AC. Now again we are trying our best to file the complaint with COOLWAYS AGENCY & VOLTAS CUSTOMER CARE. But it seems to me that they are least bothered about my request and doesn't care at all. Will appreciate if proper action can be taken by consumer court forum.
