I have purchased Volta Vertis Platina (1.5 ton) fron Great eastern Trading Company in April18,2010.
We have been facing problem of water leakage since since first day of installation.
Call center executives everytime give a new complaint number leaving us unattended for months even after continous reminders and phone calls.
The technicians coming over dont do anything but has already charged us Rs.2000/- and after one week of their service the AC shoews the same problem.
Now we feel that this poor service is purposely given in order to get our warranty finished.
Till date I am facing the same problem and lately loud noise from within the AC, we will hold Voltas (TATA) responsible in case of any mishap.
We request you take immediate action to get our AC changed.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

'Volta Vertis Platina) from Great eastern Trading Companyin' - I have for the first time heard of this model and the shop name. And I wonder why these Voltas people are upto loosing thier reputation by showing such a lazy attitude. Badddd. Look at Daikin India or even godrej etc they are so good ((

I comepletely agree with 'shilpajha' .... I too have never heard about the shop and ac model too! Voltas once upon a time was a market leader and to see them to stoop to such a level is very disheartening. I think they have lost it and the gainers re- LG, Samsung, Daikin India, Toshiba (all who came much later).
