I have 1 voltas window ac 2 ton its not working from date purchasing I registered complaint many time but problem not solve till dated latest complaint number 11MY005589.
In the starting second day AC giril braked & exhaust fan damage it change by engineer after it cooling not proper many time executive came but no one full fill work in this.
Now I am feel very bad after sales service from voltas. If voltas not solved this complaint I go with consumer court for right decision.

Narendra, I really feel very bad for you. All your money and effort has been going waste. But don't give up and compel them to do the needful. And also I am sure that Voltas AC is going on a downward spiral. Look at Daikin or Samsung or even LG they have maintained their service quality so well.

Yes Narendra, I too fell bad for you because because even after spending so much of money you have had to suffer so much none-the-less do not give up on hope and keep fighting for your rights. I wonder why these people have to appologise after making you suffer for long enough. Why cant they be as prompt as other vendors like Daikin, Hitachi or Samsung ETC. And in particular... Voltas has become a crap. They are the brand of the past.
