Dear sir.
I will buy tata voltas 2 ton ac at 12/4/11. Now some bed*smelling problem creat i complain that 23/10/11 comp no. 11oc2400228, no one come for that 2nd*complain*put on 4/11/11 that no 11oc2600048 they will com but not clear that then after i will complain again they will tell me for change ac at 12/11/11 but now he tell me wait for that. they have no unit of 2 ton ac one month left no one give me better replay so please follow me and*forwarder*my complain.
I will tack with*Gujarat*service head*Kinjal Mehta -*9725789939*but now he tell me wait he follow my complain but not give me any result, but now he tell me they have no one 2 ton ac now so what i do for that please give me replay n follow my complain.

See, now there is no point in cribbing over it. Certainly Voltas has given you a bad experience. But now all can do is ask for its refund and buy better acs like that of Daikin India, Haier, LG, Toshiba, Career etc. We have a daikin AC and is superb in its functionality and after sales service too.

I am actually tired of going across Voltas AC Complaints. There are just sooooooo many of them. I wonder what is happening to Voltas. So all of you who have bought and facing problem or arr planning to buy Voltas products... please beware. There are much better ones like LG, Samsung, Haier, Hitachi, Daikin, Career etc.

Dear Pathankit: I feel sad to know that such leading brand Voltas is treating you like this with such an expensive product. Anyway don't be hurt, next time try other leading brands like Daikin India or Samsung. They really have very solid acs and quality cusotmer support.
