With reference to the above AC purchased by us from M/s Sanctum Systems, Plot No:23, Gruha Lakshmi Colony , Kakaguda, Kharkhana, Secunderabad-15 , Ph.No:27814738, fax No:27814739 , email :sanctumsystems@yahoo.co.in vide Invoice No:18079 Dt:23-04-2010
delivered through Dc No:12467 Dt:23-04-2010 ,System's IDU:4551134P10C002063 &
ODU:4511151P10D000554 . The System was delivered to us on cash payment of Rs.25000/- fully paid . System ran for 1 day and we felt that it was not cooling nor giving cool breeze on the next day, hence we complained to Mr.Shiva Prasad of the above company. He has sent his technicians for complete check up. The technicians told us that there is some major fault so they need to take the system back, we agreed . After one week's time they brought the AC and fixed again , and showed us that it was working . Again after three days we found that system completely stopped working . Second time the technicians took our system back after one week on several calls made by us enquiring about the system they told that there is some major fault, then we asked for a replacement or refund of amount as they told there is shortage of this model. Then we asked to send a replacement of available models i.e 1.5 ton system with 3 stars which costing only 1000/- of variation which we told will be paid in cash on delivery. We are middle class people with dreams of enjoying AC in this hot summer , all our hopes are shattered due to a faulty system supplied by a noted company like VOLTAS. Please help us by providing a new system or refund whichever is feasible but not the same faulty and defected piece repaired and being sent to us with several trials , and experiments carried out at our expenses leaving us to suffer the hot summer's heat for full month .

I woul appreciate this forum if an action to my complaint is taken. We want the replacement for the defect AC supplied by VOLTAS at the earliest possible as we have purchased this item for fighting the heat of Summer which is going to end in 20 days time, hence a fast action is awaited without further delay.

You should file legal complain in court against voltas, they guys are just fooling people and wasting their time as well as money. On other hand, I suggest you to try other brands, as there are much better brands like Daikin India, Hitachi, Samsung etc available in the market. AC is a very expensive product and to spend so much money on voltas is foolishness.
