Dear Sir,

I had purchase a VOLTAS split 1.5 T AC serial no 4551144M10D003831 through the dealer of voltas M/s Electronic Plaza, Kalkaji New Delhi ( Mr RAHUL 9810900995) on 11.07.2010. after installation i notice that it is not cooling properly & the swing motor is not working. I had lodged a complain on the 1st week of august 2010 & the technician from the voltas has arrived & make a report no 3734 dated 08.08.10 that swing motor to be replace.
despite our regular follow-up, I am not getting any proper responce neither from dealer nor from the Voltas service centre.
I have purchase this unit in 11th july 10 but till date not find a comfort night in a single day.
I request the authority to change the unit or refund my money with intrest & mental harrashment which i & my family had.
I humbly request you to kindly HELP ME
