Hi All,


We bought Voltas AC last year and it started giving problems we made n numbers of complaints to customer care but no one is listening to us its been 3 days we are with no AC or cooler in this summer and it was not only last three days it happed many times but this time its worse wish to file a case in consumer court however i have no idea how to go about it.

Please help i live in delhi.
