2 one tonne vertis premium(viltas was fixed last Oct.(2009) from day one the customer was treated in a bad taste.
1.remote of one ac was not working and was replaced on the 9th day and that was not in working condition, another one was given on 14th day(since have 2 acs managed to operate both one remote) water came out from the ac (fixed in the hall) and when complaint was made was set right after two0 days but within 10 days again water was oozing inside the house and came another person and said one part was broken and said customer has to take the broken part to the service unit and get kit repaired and got a copy of the bill )even after seeing the unit was new one). when contacted some one came and fixed some part and again started oozing from other siDe and again (sorry to use the word AGAIN BUT IT WAS TRUE) when contacted another (so called techinician) came and and said the unit to be changed and vanished.AGAIN after begging sent some to fix a new unit and fixed after d3 days and AGAIN WITHIN A MONTH'S time started oozing AND AGAIN (THE SAME OLD WINE IN A NEW BOTTLE) after request was magnanimously sent another person and also said the same thing i.e.THE UNIT TO CHANGED and changed after 2 days (one a small part was fixed and twice the unit was changed).now COME ANOTHER AC TURN, IT STARTED OOZING (ALWAYS WATER LEAKS INSIDE THE HOUSE) AND WHEN CONTACTED ONE CAME AND SAID IT IS NOT COMING UNDER THEIR JURISDICTION SO HE WILL NOT REPAIR IT. 2 DAYS PASSED BY AND ANOTHER ONE CAME AND SAID SINCE UNIT HAS TO BE RECEIVED FROM MUMBAI ASKED ME WAIT FOR ANOTHER 2 DAYS BUT came on 3rd day and changed unit (again old wine .,....) and when contacted one came and said this particular model (vertis premium) has the same problem in most units - this was second comment offered by the same company techinician) and assured will change next day but came next day and also the same good techinician came and said the mumbai office is asking for photo copies to see why this problem arises again & again that too in the same place and on the next day was replaced by some other person and when asked said that the same problem will not crop up again. again the same problem(since it was not used as one in the house) when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
FOLLOWS: YOU TAKE ANNUAL CONTRACT AND THEN WE WILL REPAIR WHENEVER PROBLEM ARISES

Feeling so sad after hearing such kind of worst services from voltas. You must try other brands, as there are much better brands like Daikin India, Hitachi, Samsung etc available in the market. AC is a very expensive product and to spend so much money on voltas is foolishness.
