This is regarding ONIDA TUMBLE 50 washing machine service.
Am writing this mail with great pain. This is regarding washing machine service request which was registered 2 months ago. The service technician came and inspected the machine and told me that the timer of the machine is not working and he will replace it within a week. After that i called him many times he will not pickup the call.one day he called and said the timer is not avialible with us, he has to order it from the head offiice. After that there was no response from him.so i called had to call customer care and they gave me the senior managers number. so i called him and he didnot have the courtesy to hear my query only. after that he never picked up my call.

I dont know what to do, is there someboby who can help me?
